Ratings and reviews

Pretty good. Had a driver muck up a delivery but the customer service person I contacted via the app was awesome and gave us a $10 off voucher. A lot of prices are a bit more expensive than a bricks and mortar Woolies, but the convenience, the speed of delivery and the fact that you're not charged a delivery fee for the first 3 orders makes it worth it if you're time poor.

It's a lot easier and cheaper to use Woolworths own delivery app. I found it hard to use the app if you are going off the list. Everything is more expensive than it is in store. I expect to pay for the service of a personal shopper and delivery but not to have each individual grocery item cost a decent amount more. This could be great if you are needing last minute groceries and have no alternative

This service is in new in Auckland. I had a issue in the app on my first try, i couldnt use the payment screens. The customer service team was super responsive and its sorted now. Just got my first order.. placed and delivered to me within the hour. Faster than i would normally do a shop myself.. and its less expensive than normal because i wasnt distracted by 'extras' in shop :) Prices seem pretty much the same as in store and availability was good.
