Fractured my leg and needed some groceries delivered. Found that these guys didn't bump up the price as much as other delivery places and have been very considerate when delivering, offering cash back if not delivered on time. The app is pretty easy to use. A bit annoying that they don't have a website where you can use your computer instead of a phone.

It's a lot easier and cheaper to use Woolworths own delivery app. I found it hard to use the app if you are going off the list. Everything is more expensive than it is in store. I expect to pay for the service of a personal shopper and delivery but not to have each individual grocery item cost a decent amount more. This could be great if you are needing last minute groceries and have no alternative

This service is super fast and the app is extremely easy to use however, the phone number to call the driver does not connect to anyone. Why? I've used Milkrun 3 times and all 3 times the driver gets lost even though Google maps will bring them straight to my door, let alone the instructions I put with my order are clear as day. Are there any real people running this thing?
