Ratings and reviews

Has never worked. Try to reset password, get an email, follow link, enter new password and error says "the link you followed was invalid". This has been the case for years. Now they've altered my phone plan and I will have to call them to see what they've done and get it fixed. Usually calls are around an hour for even minor issues. This app has no support, which makes the app itself completely useless.

Coverage is bad and has not improved at all. If your CC expires then they don't tell you, your phone just stops and does strange things until you work it out for yourself but the app is designed to make you start a new plan and lose all your data credits. Avoid this app.

really easy and simple to use, I love the data gifting. Pain is the rear end to set up the SIM, but I think that was just me, and it was reassuring in a way. Would definitely recommend 😁
