Has never worked. Try to reset password, get an email, follow link, enter new password and error says "the link you followed was invalid". This has been the case for years. Now they've altered my phone plan and I will have to call them to see what they've done and get it fixed. Usually calls are around an hour for even minor issues. This app has no support, which makes the app itself completely useless.

Also on your device, the app can detect your SIM card and login without a password if permissions are set.

WW mobile is hopeless. Months ago 2 factor auth stopped sending codes to my mobile so I had to use my email for it - it took 5 mins to arrive (every other 2FA setup will send these codes within seconds), by the time I realised the email had arrived and put it in the code had already expired. Last week I had the pleasure of finding out that they no longer allow me to select 2FA via email so I can not login at all! Ironically I can't cancel my plan now. I would recommend this to my worst enemy

I was happy with this app, but they have decided to hide the phone number there providing! So if you forget the phone number, there doesn't seem to be a way to find this out anymore! A phone provider app, that hides the phone number there providing! make it make sense!! and another thing, there support is very bad with a chat app that's totally retarded.
