Has never worked. Try to reset password, get an email, follow link, enter new password and error says "the link you followed was invalid". This has been the case for years. Now they've altered my phone plan and I will have to call them to see what they've done and get it fixed. Usually calls are around an hour for even minor issues. This app has no support, which makes the app itself completely useless.

Been trying for 4 days to transfer ownership however WWs clearly have a system outage that they are failing to acknowledge as you cannot complete their online process as it does not accept any IDs. Tried going through chat and got thrown around in circles by the incompetent overseas chat personnel. Now trying via email and uploading documents only to be thrown further curve balls. Clearly they dont have good processes and people capable of assistance.

Since this morning 15/10/2024. App crashed, and I was not able to recharge my phone. Everyday mobile team, can you please look into it and fix the error.
