I really wish I could rate this app more fairly, but it literally does not work. Tried using my Pro 3 with it, but nothing. Whether I connect the controller outside the app, try to connect it through the app, or even connect it wired, it doesn't find it. And I'm not the only one judging by the 1.6 star rating. Either fix the app or rebrand it to be specific to the mobile gamepads.

As many others have stated, this app does not recognize the Ultimate 2 controller. I tried pairing it in the Bluetooth settings beforehand, forgetting it and just having it in pairing mode with the app open, and tried with a USB cable. Nothing works. It simply never sees the controller. Your lack of responses to any of these reviews is concerning. Otherwise, it's a great controller. That said, I don't use Windows on any of my computers, so this is a bit of a problem for me.

Galaxy a54 here. after update, ultimate mobile controller wouldnt connect and work outside the app. deleted the app. went into bluetooth settings to unpair and then re-paired the controller. worked just fine even without the software. even re-downloaded the app to see if it would revert back to its useless state like after the update but it hasn't yet. fingers crossed. controller itself is very nice except I wish the d-pad wasn't on an axis. cant hold left dpad w/o it triggering dpad down
