Terrible. Switched because I had Kaspersky and that is no longer an option. Bitdefender has a bundle with this VPN so went for it because price was good. Added to my phone, PC and smart TV devices. If I use the kill switch even though it shows connected it is not and ends up blocking all traffic until I disconnect and reconnect manually. Some of my streaming services when VPN is on stopped working - won't play. I have selected all VPN patterns manually to see if it helps but has not.

I love bitfender. especially because of the quality for price. I am having issues after set up of certain apps or websites I know are safe that will not load. i finally got that all worked out and then I had un-installed and re installed because my VPN was constantly disconnecting and leaving ne open for risk. and so now I'm trying to get my safeway app to work again and it won't. so idk what to do at this point. my phone got very slow also before re installing. I'm hoping this changes my issue

Used to be awesome but with the last few updates, web browsing has become impossible. DNS errors, sites timing out, soooo slow. Reinstalling doesn't help. Connecting to a different server doesn't help. Tried on multiple networks on my side (I travel often). The only solution that works is disabling the VPN which kind of defeats the purpose. Other VPN providers are great, it's only Bitdefender that seems to be a problem. Support couldn't help so... What are we paying for again?
