Ratings and reviews

Easy to use & complete app (some basic improvement will really improve the user experience): The UI is quite clear and I really like the quick access module on the bottom of the app for the most frequent operations, that is really nice - One point that I find quite frustrating though is that I want to categorize my expense to better manage my finance but I always have to do it manually even for recurring expenses and that is really frustrating and it would be relatively easy to implement ++

I can spend days without being able to open the app, always an error on launch. I tried uninstalling, changing from wifi to mobile network, restarting my phone. Absolutely unacceptable. I cannot access my accounts for hours

I had issues paying on my phone because the validation page would reset when I approved the transaction in the app so I couldn't pay for anything. I reinstalled the app and now when I try to validate my ID it just says merci and goes back to the front page and I can't log in. Tried calling and they said they would reset my account but it's been hours and it's still not logging in. Seriously considering changing banks as they also don't accept english questions and there's no english options.
