don't bother it's the worst service I've ever experienced. needed to make a payment on my credit card for the first time and they couldn't find my info. Not even my phone number was registered and they gave me a credit card!!!! so insane. I spoke with 3 different people and spent 45min trying to figure it out and they just : sorry the system can't validate your credentials or whatever. I'm so upset because I couldn't make the payment on time and they just suggested going to the bank in person.

Sometimes it just doesn't work. And keeps this way even was months ago I wrote this review. UPDATE: I'm using it this days and it's working much better, it keeps having trouble opening the cards but it's ok. UPDATE NEW APP: no me gusta que no separe el pago para no generar intereses, de las compras que se tienen a meses, es confuso.

If I can only give Banamex "-0" stars will be too much.....this is probably if not the worst financial institution ever, and with that comes everything they do. Their app sucks, in the web page they advertised how simple will be to get the so famous NetKey through their app....sure it's easy and simple. Nothing is simple with Banamex what they don't tell you is that you have to find a Banamex branch office to do the NetKey. Something they never mentioned in the worthless app.
