Have used this for years with success, it worked well. But the app stopped launching several months ago. Contacted app admin support and they claim it has something to do with "Android." Contacted Google Store support and they claim it has something to do with the app. A useful city utility like this shouldn't stop working for many months without a resolution. Will be petitioning the City to dump this solution and hire a different company.

App stopped allowing me to upload pics/vid w a submission. Also stopped with push notifications. Emailed developer but no one cares. All permissions are turned on but app is malfunctioning.

App worked for years. The April 2024 update broke it. You can view requests, but not submit them. Trying to generate a request crashes the app. That's the primary purpose of the app though, right?
