This thing is a life changer when it comes to keeping things organized and to completing tasks. my personal experience: working night shift I can fill out reports and if I have follow up questions I can attach pictures and leave comments for whomever I need to reach out to and get feedback. if not, my reports document time and date to which I can later use to save my ahh in the events there's ever a situation that most of us have been in where someone says so and so never did this or that.

So I don't use this to it's full potential, but it's perfect for recording and making procedures for my small bath bomb and soap shop. I like how I can make the procedures on my phone and add pictures as I go. It'll also be useful as I expand, because it tracks inventory and work orders as well. It seems useful if I ever expand to the point of having employees so you can coordinate with multiple people to get orders completed.

This app works fine on the iPad but I can't save after I sign my work orders on my pixel 8. This renders that app completely useless on my phone.
