This is a great app if you are looking to align certain activities to daylight over the course of the year. They have also done a good job updating the app to resolve prior issues. When I had a problem with my subscription they responded quickly and rolled out an update to fix it. This is the best app I've found with adjustable sunrise/sunset alarm functionality.

This app is beautiful and highly useful. Bringing our lives into alignment with circadian rhythms requires a significant lifestyle adjustment. Most of the world today lives completely tone deaf to the natural cycles. This app is a tremendous tool for bringing your life back into rhythm. I had some initial technical problems with the app and subscription, but all is straightened out. The team was responsive and figured out what was wrong.

I like a lot of what this app does, so I bought a lifetime license.... But, it seems to be missing a major feature which is to be able to best schedule a nap based on circadian cycles. It would also be really great to have a connection to smartwatch sensors to help adjust settings, based on how the body is responding.
