Ratings and reviews

Can be good but it has many basic problems. The latest is that no flight information is available because, it says, 'your network connection may be slow', despite being connected to the fastest mobile network and fastest internet connection possible in Ireland at the moment. As other users have noted, when it's working, the information on the app often doesn't match that on the airport screens. Its still a lot more accurate than the flight status on the Ryanair app though!

Too many pointless notifications like competitions, one one-off slider for all notifications or none, which isn't in the "manage your account setting area (that actually opens a web page to manage a booking, not account settings).I don't think they tested the UI at all, the feedback form doesn't work either. It's useful to show the parking booking if you forgot to put that in your Google wallet, but honestly I think I'm deleting it, it's pretty rubbish.

The app works when installed but after a week, its refusing to show arrivals or departures, claiming no Internet connection. Problem can be resolved by deleting and reinstalling the app but this needs to be done weekly. The app needs some serious work to ensure it works correctly as nobody has time to keep deleting and reinstalling an app.
