This app use to be very good,but recently I don't even understand what's wrong with it.... Constant bad network and I am unable to buy any data from it.It became Very annoying to use

Hi, I would have given the app a better review since the app is good and the network is stable. I find the app easy to operate but I don't know what is wrong with my corporate data as any data I buy, the money will be deducted and my account will not be credited with the data and the money will not be refunded. Please I would appreciate if something is done about it.

The worst customer service I've ever seen, just know that if you have any issues don't bother contacting them 🤬🤬. Don't be fooled, all the 5 star ratings you're seeing are from them Edit: Don't download, I repeat don't download, they're openly just taking your money without providing any service
