This app has become frustrating and useless. Before, at the very least I was able to purchase phone cards and data plans. Now, not only has the user interface become less user friendly, meaning more stressful to navigate. But also I can't do anything with the app other than add accounts. When I try to click on the accounts nothing happens. I can't go into them, at most I can edit the account information. I am beyond frustrated, and I don't know why you decided to change the UI/UX.

😤Every time I try to edit my profile photo, it redirects to app info settings. What's even worse is that I can't even make changes to things that actually matter like my home address, which Digicel never actually tried to get correct even after I changed residence.

useless, waste of time app, before plan would auto purchase but not anymore and when the plan cut off on me I will get a message saying I need to repurchase the plan but I can't do that without the app my needs data🙄😒. and the plan I use isn't under *140#.
