My experience so far with Dukascopy has been pretty positive, they do require a lot of documentation, so you have to be ready it's not their fault and part of compliance, besides that I have used it extensively, and their travel card works flawlessly across the globe without any hitch. Highly recommended!

I got a virtual card but I am unable to load it; I wouldn't show up on the app and I keep getting logged out when I try to use the Web to load it instead. This is so frustrating because I can't seem to use the money I deposited into my account....customer service is not responsive, just some bot asking me to choose from a generic menu of FAQs that has nothing peculiar to my case

I've been a client for more than 2 years. Lately the support system became too slow. I am since Monday trying to access my account but I can't because I don't receive an SMS code. This system is too antiquated for an international bank. Before the support would give an alternative and answer in a few hours. Imagine being locked out of your Banking account for days!
