I've have never had an App that is so in tuned with my thoughts and actions the way this one is. It's the most intelligent app I've ever seen. It always guides me in the right direction. It encourages me to be Persistent in my goals. It keeps me accountable for my actions. It teaches on how to form healthy Habits. And how to stick with them. It's also a very Patient app. If you're not ready to go through the next step or watch the next encouraging video. You can save it for later.

It seems like a decent app but it's way too focused on weight loss to call it a mindfulness app. I chose relaxation and mindfulness as my goals. The little tips are generally good but every single video it's showing me just to get started is about weight loss. If that's not your goal, it actually seems unhealthy to push that.

This app is mellow and non invasive, doesn't harass you. It seems to be a great way to self affirm goals daily and gives you a chance to be accountable, and connects you with resources for self-improvement. At the expense of being very specific with self performance objectives, it covers a broad range of outcomes related to general wellness and self improvement. It doesn't bombard you with ads either. Encouraging.
