Ratings and reviews

The app is mostly good. But EQ needs to fix the login experience. I am using biometrics, but STILL have to receive and email code. Super frustrating. Additionally, the checkbox to remember the device and stop the email codes never registers. I hate having to receive a code every time I want to access my account!

Update: I mentioned the UX issue below in this review, and they fixed the app! Incredible responsiveness from a bank. Great job! Old review: The app is fine, except for one mildly infuriating UX issue. It is frustrating that verification codes cannot be pasted into the area that accepts them. Most phones nowadays have a quick option to copy a verification code for pasting into forms like this, and breaking the paste functionality really hurts the experience.

The app when it works is decent but often when I first open it it will just stall with a few words on the screen and not populate with my account info and I have to swipe the app off and restart it to get it to work properly once it's working it works fine but that should should get fixed. It's also a bit slow loading between pages and especially when it has to load information in a browser.
