Ratings and reviews

Please FIX the app it is not working properly now. This app was good but now everything is error when you want to add money it is saying error I cant even click some buttons as it is not responding and leads again to error. Now, I was forced to change to a different remittance app since I can't even do trasnfer now with this app.

Very difficult to register! Since I installed it almost a month ago, mY registration has never been successful. If i have another choice for a payment app, i would not waste my time trying to register apparently this is the app the company chose. If registration through the app is difficult, the developer could have given the clients the option to register through another mode.

Very poor customer service, I can't do any transaction after all the verifications required. It's always showing "something went wrong" 🤦 I've been calling customer service for the past three days now to no avail 🤧
