IтАЩm constantly frustrated by the appтАЩs inability to recognize my device after I log out. Every time I log back in, the app acts like itтАЩs a new device, and I have to go through the process of sending an OTP. As someone living abroad, this means I have to enable roaming and incur extra charges just to receive the OTP. ItтАЩs an unnecessary hassle, especially when my device is already registered. Please fix this issue and offer alternative ways to receive OTPs, like email verification.

Worst & Super week customer service/support! having bad experience. It`s big threat to people who is keep their money in esewa wallet. One Transaction was without initating and without verification of otp/email transaction got completed and changed 25K while only checking only for flight ticket. And i have done serveral follow ups, but its so disapointed with their customer service. - No support

I been using esewa for years but from this shrawan we need kyc verification compulsory. Before that we can transfer fund 3 or 5 times a day .So I've two number for transaction and my one number got verify by my documents and now verification is compulsory I go to the verification I see that documents is already used for verification so they rejected. They rejected is okay but they rejected only documentation not the personal and address verification. So you guys really need to see this problem.
