I’m constantly frustrated by the app’s inability to recognize my device after I log out. Every time I log back in, the app acts like it’s a new device, and I have to go through the process of sending an OTP. As someone living abroad, this means I have to enable roaming and incur extra charges just to receive the OTP. It’s an unnecessary hassle, especially when my device is already registered. Please fix this issue and offer alternative ways to receive OTPs, like email verification.

My recent experiences with Esewa's support have been incredibly frustrating. I've encountered multiple issues when loading money from my bank account. After raising support tickets, there is no communication regarding the progress of my issue. Tickets marked as resolved without any actual resolution, and I'm frequently asked for unnecessary details, even with attached screenshots. Despite receiving a refund, it was incorrectly marked as resolved due to an alleged invalid bank details.

Worst & Super week customer service/support! having bad experience. It`s big threat to people who is keep their money in esewa wallet. One Transaction was without initating and without verification of otp/email transaction got completed and changed 25K while only checking only for flight ticket. And i have done serveral follow ups, but its so disapointed with their customer service. - No support
