Making a payment through the app is annoying because it doesn't give the option to pay by debit card straight away. You have to go through the process of making a direct payment from your bank, and when it shows the various banks for you to choose from you have to cancel, then select 'pay by card', and go through the payment process again. It would be much easier if the option to pay by card was given at the start of the payment process.

I think the latest updates to the app are fantastic. It's the best credit card app that I have. The Aqua Coach is brilliant. I've gone from level 1 to level 4 in the space of around 6 months & had my interest rate fall & 2 credit limit increases that have more than quadrupled my credit limit & my credit score increase by over 500 points. Thanks, Aqua, for helping me build better credit. 👍

Although I occasionally missed timely payments on my Aqua credit card, they still increased my credit limit from £900 to £1,150. The interest rate is relatively high, so it’s important to manage spending carefully. Overall, Aqua has been a useful tool for rebuilding my credit when used responsibly.
