I did not put this in my other review on accident, but it's the main reason for 1 star. This service misinformed me, telling me I could only use my ticket at a specific time. This is not true, the ticketer at the station told me I could use my ticket all day, and that there was no reason to rebook as the apps misinformation lead me to do. There should be a more clear and responsive (website just kept freezing) refund system, as well as clearer information as to the nature of the ticket you have.

App basically ok, although some others easier to navigate, but has one annoying flaw. It fails with "technical error" when using overseas. So cant buy tickets or display ones bought on website until arrive back in UK.. update -it also fails with a "something went wrong" even if you have a non UK registered phone working on a UK network. Ridiculous. GwR really need to sort this put as must be losing revenue as a result. Update. Now annoyingly even when on a UK network (EE) IN THE UK it fails

Frustrating. I live on a branch line, and the app doesn't show 1st class fares for the mainline if I put my home station in as my departure point. I know I can't travel 1st for the whole journey, but that shouldn't mean I can't see, or choose, 1st class travel on the connection. This works fine on other travel apps.
