UNRELIABLE. My child uses the sadan service. My child uses the sadan service. The app is cumbersome to use. It also does not give alerts consistently or accurately regarding times of events, so I do not know when the car actually arrives at home or school. The alerts have no sound, though sound is set on my phone. Alerts do not pop up consistently, though pop up is set . The point of the app is to be able to track your child in real time, and this app does not provide that ability.

Been a week now and still can't see the location of anything. App let me set up alerts for chosen locations, but it doesn't do any good when I can't see where the bus is, EVER. Morning, afternoon, at no time can I see the bus. That's the whole reason for this app! I contacted support but got no response smh.

unfortunately their GPS tracking is not always working and sometimes it's critical to know exactly where your child is, and when the bus will be arriving. also this app can kick you out of the system and it's not like I have passwords saved or written down so thats also annoying. but other than those two things I appreciate when it is up and working right unlike today 🤦‍♀️ Who wants to stand outside in the cold 🥶 freezing until whenever?
