We've all been there - You're driving along and your check engine light comes on, but what does this light really mean? paid for a full year and after about 4 months they took that away and told me to upgrade to get all the features. when I told them that my subscription was still active, they said they had no record of my account. Google Play still shows my subscription with them as active until November 23rd, and I have gone most of the year without the service I paid for. absolute garbage app, don't buy this hardware and definitely don't subscribe to the scam they provide.

It worked the first time I used it. Now it refuses to scan. I can see the device via Bluetooth just fine, but the "scan" button just spins then...nothing. So if you buy one of these, do not subscribe. They will take your $99 and run, claiming they "cannot locate a purchase of the app" when you provide the Google Play store receipt. It's been months now and I have no working FIXD scanner and no refund.

THIEVES. Bought this last year. Signed up and canceled it within 2 weeks. It was NOT worth the money. I forget about it. I canceled it, deleted the app. Didn't give it another thought. A year later, with NO warning, subscription charge. Ok, whatever, same day I contact for a refund. They can see I've not used the device or app so this shouldn't be an issue, right. Even the FAQ page says refund in 30 days of charge. No small print. No REFUND. BEWARE SCAM.
