I really appreciate the simplicity of this app. I am not text savvy, but this app also helps me do everything I need to keep all my accounts at my fingertips. The best thing about this app is that it comes with the most polite young lady who never gets upset that I lock myself out by leaving the site without logging off 😀 😉. Password reset doesn't work. If it decides it doesn't like your password then you have to wait until regular business hours to reset your password. Even when the information entered is right it says it doesn't match the records. Very inconvenient

Support is horrible, they'll hang up on you for no reason. The app hardly works and has stopped working for me. The app is also slow and glitchy.
