With the Fronius Solar.web App you have many useful features:

great App. it can be even better if we can opt in for notifications. for example if the battery is fully charged, or if we can set notifications when the solar panel is producing certain kW of energy so we can turn on the household devices. important that the notification can be customised as the user needs it.

this app worked for 4 weeks , then an upgrade. similar to other users from 2021 to current, I could not log in and the app stopped working. loaded a new version for 'free' but i paid for the converter in the first place. re logged in but while the converter is connecred to my internet, the new app cant connect, keeps asking for a new PV. that doesnt work because the system is already registered. i have given up trying to use the app. quite a pathetic attempt at an app Fronius, 21 to 25!!!

Fronius have entirely lost the plot. Have been using the app successfully for a few years now but following an update prompt I can no longer login. A twopart authentication is required and the QR code is on the phone with my scanner on it so can't scan the code. If two part authentication is required it needs to be sent to another device or app. And I can't find any way to contact any support to sort it out.
