In this app, please add a reverse button to watch recorded videos, and include a speed option in the forward button. Also, provide an option to delete recorded videos from memory day-wise. One more most important thing — the battery level keeps showing fluctuations, and the continue recording option is linked to the battery level. Please remove this battery-based restriction, because at night when the battery drops from 80% to 60%, the recording stops even during uninterrupted recording mode.

your camera has few drawbacks. 1. Solar camera, it won't show battery status properly. 2. play back is a mess. it records the movement when the charge is less than 80%. a need of explicit option to disable such options. 3. you are promoting the cloud. The playback button always lands to the cloud even when I have a memory card. 4. Camera hangs are home locations. it won't move even if there is sound or movement nearby. 5. No tour options.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. Despite recharging with the max data on my SIM, paying for cloud storage, have maximum-limit memory card, not able to record even 10 seconds of footage. customer care has been completely unresponsive no solutions, no support, and no accountability. This has been a total waste of money and time. I strongly recommend avoiding this cloud service provider. The service is unreliable, the support is non-existent &overall experience is frustrating......
