Video playback downloads are a disaster almost every time. Downloaded files are sometimes broken with buggy audio or no audio, some videos overlap with other videos, and some videos are cut down to a small portion of the original video. Multiple downloads also don't work.

Only access to 3 days footage from memory card. For viewing memory card saved footage before 3 days need premium cloud access. Not worth investing in this camera as well as sdcard and also data access. This is completely cheating for not allowing customers to view their own footage stored on memory card we need to take premium cloud subscription. their camera quality is bad and not up to the mark. not worth opting for cloud.

the new update is not good. it doesn't show the videos of the alerts. There is only a picture of the alerts. I want a video of the alerts. and in the playback it isn't showing any alerts for the time in the past. these features were good in the previous version. I want those back.
