Unable to see the footage uploaded to the cloud. Cloud storage is a premium paid service. When I contacted the customer support, they ask us to share login credentials to check the issue (!) and even then they they can see footage on the cloud but I am not able to on any of my device even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Then they say, they will send different APK over a WhatsApp link and ask me to install that app! What kind of ridiculous and unsafe methods they follow & advise!!

Fast forwarding video controls -speed controls are not available, this really frustruates when we wanna have a look at throughout 's day RECORDING. EVERY TIME HAS TO SCROL AT SPECIFIC TIMELIME TO VIEW THE RECORDING . THAT MUST BE THE PROMINENT FEATURE OF THE APP. How can we go through minute by minute.. This is really bad if I had know , I would not have purchased this one also only real time audio recording is supported, not able to hear audio in recorded videos once we downloaded.

Please improve the Multi-view feature. In Dual Camera mode, both camera views are combined into a single frame, making it difficult to monitor each view clearly. It would be much better if each camera view could be displayed in a separate frame within Multi-view mode. This would make monitoring easier and more professional, especially for users with dual-lens cameras. Kindly add an option to split Dual Camera views into independent frames. Thank you.
