I'm an old lady, and I was able to do it due to clear, concise instructions.

I'm getting really tired of this app closing out on me. I can't access my account!! I can't get this app to work!! I went to my bank and talked to them. I was told that it is an issue outside of their control. I then went to my cellphone provider. They told me that it was an issue under my phone company. I dealt with Samsung for almost 3 hours and did a factory reset. After which I had to reinstall most of my apps. That didn't fix the problem!! I still can't get the app to open back up!!

So frustrated with this app and not being able to open, I'm elderly and had a stroke which affected me being able to recognize digits and I like to be able to visually see my account, making sure I put the exact amount and correct digits. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I've been with a depositor for years, and grateful I'm no Richy Rich but keeping what I have is important 💯 Hope they can get the problem fixed.
