What a waste of time and energy just to get to the desired video. Thumbnails would have been far better. Will not recommend this product due to timeline recording

Update !! Still not able to connect to the dashcam even with the latest update . If it doesn't work out these days . I will need to return all the cam I have on warranty . After the update, It forgot the original password and it will not connect after restting . Edit .. still can't connect to the dashcam . It shows up in WiFi list . But it says couldn't connect . Tried every thing . Resetting the cam to factory settings . Reinstall the app . Still can't connect

The app does not work. You can not download your videos. The camera is useless if you can't access the videos when you need them. if Hikvision dont fix this soon I will have to get another brand of camera that can do the job!
