I wish I could give zero stars. the customer service of this company is non-existent. my plan that I was using was renewed automatically, and all of a sudden, it could no longer work in my location only after my card was charged. I requested a refund in the last for another issue, and it took 3 months with no proper help, which included a manager sending me a discount code after MONTHS that didn't work. I will never buy an esim from them again this is the worst I've seen.

Well-rounded mobile service. My family and I are from the US and used Holafly while in Ireland for 3 weeks and Northern Ireland (UK) for a few days. we didn't have phone numbers via Holafly, just internet service.But we all had great internet service everywhere. even in remote areas. I was pretty impressed. It's a flat rate for an amount of time. You may need to change the eSim depending on which country you.go into buts its pretty easy and setup is less than 10 minutes. definitely recommended.

Definitely check out what others say about this service. I bought 10 days of unlimited data and it did not work AT ALL. I messaged customer service to try and get a refund. I disconnected during the steps. I had to go through it again with mistakes being made from the "specialist". They hardly even read the messages you send and do not care whatsoever. I was finally able to get the refund process started, which took over an hour to complete. Worst service I have had in a long time .
