poor customer service. I can't speak to the product because I didn't need it. note if your phone is carrier locked you may not be able to use an esim. my issue is I requested a refund over a month ago which was approved and after many messages and correspondence, I still haven't got a refund. I literally requested the refund the day I purchased once I realized I couldn't even use it. A simple refund should be much quicker.

Definitely check out what others say about this service. I bought 10 days of unlimited data and it did not work AT ALL. I messaged customer service to try and get a refund. I disconnected during the steps. I had to go through it again with mistakes being made from the "specialist". They hardly even read the messages you send and do not care whatsoever. I was finally able to get the refund process started, which took over an hour to complete. Worst service I have had in a long time .

Super easy to use, straight-forward application, taking maybe 2-3 minutes to configure on the user end. If you have a dual-sim phone, it's as simple as reassigning Holafly to whichever slot you are using for data handling and clicking the 'Ok' prompt. It took maybe 5 minutes to reacquire the new data connection; so about 10 minutes start to finish. I didn't interface with customer support, as the process is pretty straight forward [especially if you're accustomed to dual-sim use].

What’s new
