Ratings and reviews

The app is good for ordering online and arranging collection from your preferred store. As for collecting Nectar points then avoid using the app as, in my experience, you won't get them. A big spend resulted in zero Nectar points and a tortuous search failed to reveal any method of engaging with a customer support person (NOT a bot) to resolve the issue.

Very Disappointed. Bought 3 items as gifts for a charity event, arrived at the store with delivery labels directly on the item! All included my full name and order details! These should have been in a bag with the label attached to the bag. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive when I asked why it had been done this way. Only accepted as needed that day. Very disappointed. The problem is with Argos and not the app.

This app scans and steals data for no reason. Upon opening it and going to the favourites tab, I received a warning popup on my phone saying that Argos had just pasted contents from my clipboard despite there being no reason for it and there not being any text boxes etc. I had not taken any actions or selected anything that would give them a legitimate reason to do that. I cannot recommend this app in any way while it is designed to steal your data.
