Third Class bank, worst service. None of their Contact numbers are working. Even if you choose an option for a call back, no one calls. From this app one can't do anything literally no service request tracking, no chat option, no second level grievance redressal mechanism. I am trying to foreclose a loan, but they are still unable to do. Already made payment on 28th jun and its 3 Jul. just day before I have checked there was no outstanding but as of today again there is a 8k of outstanding.

I am trying to log into my account after couple months. It keeps popping up the upgrade screen. I entered initial information required and now it's taking me in circles. It's very frustrating. It gives error stating login to Re- authenticate????? Really? How can I login when it's not letting me to login,? Why was the previous app upgraded to a ridiculous one? Need help.

I had a horrible experience with the latest version of this app. As soon as I updated to the new version, I was completely locked out of my account. The app keeps throwing an "authentication failed" error every time I try to log in. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
