The first generation badge took some tinkering to get paired, but it finally worked. Then the battery swelled so big the back of the badge popped off. I was sent a second generation badge and it simply will not pair. Pixel 4a. Update: After several attempts at pairing via the GO! app, I decided to try it another way. Go into your phone's bluetooth settings, and select "Pair new device". Select the GO! badge. This worked to pair the badge to my phone, but the 'Checkin Image' will not transfer. It just shows the blue progression bar constantly moving. I gave up after waiting 10 minutes. I guess I'll continue printing stickers when I arrive at the hospital. I'll just slap the sticker across the face of the badge. TL/DR: don't use the GO! app to pair the badge, use your phone's bluetooth settings. But I still can't get the 'Checkin Image' to transmit.

The app will pair just fine and allow me to check in without going to the kiosk, but the image will not transmit. The app will say that the image is transmitting forever and there will be no change on the badge. If challenged, I have to show the badge from my phone in the other sec3ure app that somehow isn't integrated with this one.

Still a joke. Now the app won't transmit. Says it's not installed. Milk customers who have no choice but to use their product & give them a BT badge that has to be unpaired & re-paired every time you check in. The only thing they're good at is finding ways to charge us more money. In this case almost $200 for a $5 eink badge from China with faulty firmware. This can be done on your phone without a separate badge. They do tickets on phones that can't be faked. The badge is not needed.
