This is a terrible app in so many ways. The latest is trying to update contact details, it says there is an invalid character even if you make no changes and try and save. Then there is no human to talk to because that would cost money and they prefer bots that don't understand the question. Easily one of the worst apps I've ever used in terms of UI and bugs.

Makes expense claims ridiculously difficult. You can only take photos of receipts, can't upload pdfs or scans or emails. So receipts for online purchases have to be printed and photographed!

Ok. It works. The user experience is pretty bad though. Things are located in strange, illogical places, making them hard to find. The screen controls are inconsistent - some elements look like buttons, but they're not, some don't but they are. I usually feel annoyed or frustrated after using this app each time. Could be much better.
