Ratings and reviews

There are lot of charges while booking via this app. there is something called reward charge around 60rs as well, then payment gateway around 45rs. God knows what are those used for. and when you go to your recent transactions, there is no details, they will only show you the total deduction. nobody looks at these charge while booking because at that moment a confirm ticket is important and this app is perfectly taking that opportunity to loot users.

This app is a freaking SCAM. I gave it another chance after 6 months, and nothing has changed. Don’t fall for their fake Travel Guarantee—it’s a trap! I paid ₹2000 for a ₹1200 ticket because of their so-called ₹800 guarantee fee. In the end, they couldn’t even get me a confirmed ticket. The refund was another scam. Instead of 3x, they gave only 2x—₹1200 back to my payment method and the rest in useless ixigo coupons that expire in 7 days and can’t even be used for other passengers. Crazy!!!

Fraudulent and Misguiding app. How come there is CNF showing up for the train where the routes are flooded due to heavy rains and already cancelled. You guys are being too pushy in fact designed your app to trick people into buying your "Zero cancellation" (Charging almost the same as actual cancellation charges) and your " Trip guarantee" where the check boxes are already selected unless deselected but, 0.49 paisa travel insurance needs to be scrolled all the way down and be checked.
