The most worst app. I have booked a ticket & cancel that they charged me about 70% of total amount only 30% they returned customer care also not good. What a huge amount they charged. I am going to delete my ixigo account. once again I have booked the train with safe alternative travel plan so when I canceled the ticket only got the booking price. what about which I paid for safe alternative plan. it's also be a part of refunded. it's totally fraud.

Ixigo is a fraud/scam platform. First, it showed 150 available seats, but as soon as I made the payment, the status shifted to WL 153. So I used the Travel Guarantee and booked with 3x guarantee. At the last moment, the ticket got cancelled and I received refund of only the base amount not 3x. Instead they gave a coupon of the same amount. The coupon is a joke when I try to use it, the booking is not allowed, but without coupon it proceeds normally. Also, the coupon is valid for only 5 days

overall good but there is a risk of extra expenses if you skip or forget to unselect the full refund option. In my case I don't know how it was selected so I had to pay rs. 450 extra. I was in a little bit of a hurry so I couldn't check and the ticket remained in the pqwl waiting list but initially it was showing 8 tickets available. when I decided to cancel the ticket, I got the full amount. but still there was a loss. if it will be deducted as per the IRCTC it could be max 100rs only.
