Used this for a trip to Cambodia. BIG MISTAKE. No contact information. Some features of the app doesn't work (eg, Ask KLOOK) Lack of customer service. Klook doesn't run the tours. Cannot cancel once booked (they made it impossible to cancel). STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. if you are trying to book a tour, go to the source directly. KLOOK is just a third party trying to rip off your hard earned money. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THEIR REPLY TO MY REVIEW. PROBABLY COPYING AND PASTING. And DON'T GIVE ME SOME LINK TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE INFORMATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE VOUCHER IN THE FIRST PLACE.

An Essential App for Any Modern Traveler Klook has become my go-to for every trip. The convenience of having attraction tickets, train passes, and SIM cards in one place is a game-changer. The e-tickets and QR codes work seamlessly, letting you skip long lines. Found some great deals too. Highly recommended!

Convenient for booking day trips but totally unreliable support. Ordered an e sim but the product was never delivered to the mail as promised. Had to wait an 1 hour in chat just to connect to agent, Even after that no resolution provided. Reaching support or getting refund would be impossible even if the product or service is not delivered. Wouldn’t recommended. Better to go ahead with local transport. Even for sim, airport kiosk offers better customer service and better rates.
