I have never been more frustrated with an app, nor has an app ever brought me so close to tears. I only joined this network less than a month ago, I'm updating everything to my new Lebara number and when I try and use the app and log in, all I get is "network request failed". Then when it does work I get "incorrect password". Reset password "network request failed". Reset my password and try and log in "incorrect password". Makes me regret leaving giffgaff.

I'm unable to send text abroad to the USA, even when subscribing to unlimited package. I can't even send short code messages within the UK. And service is always terminated a day before the anniversary of my subscription, which other services don't do. I reported these, and they promised to correct the issues, but it's been 8 months now, and nothing has been done. Poor customer service!

I’m facing a persistent issue with the Lebara app — it doesn’t let me log in even though I’m entering the correct credentials. What’s frustrating is that the same login details work perfectly on the website without any problems. I've double-checked everything multiple times, but the app keeps showing an error. Please fix this issue soon — it’s inconvenient not being able to manage my account through the app.
