Ratings and reviews

Horrible. App always glitches and kicks myself or my spouse off and then requires us to constantly activate when we are already activated. This happens every two months and takes us weeks to get it sorted out. In the meantime, while the app shows needing to be activated, they block most coverages which isnt right especially if the app is the issue. I understand they are somewhat new to doing car insurance but the customers like myself shouldnt have to be frustrated behind the app glitching.

Just wanted to try this out because progressive is expensive and the reviews are great. But was disappointed to see that my 98 bug can't be covered because y'all don't cover cars over 20 years old, I wish there was something in the description that had said something along those lines, could of saved me wasting time to download the app for nothing. Most people have newer cars but for those that have cars born in the 90s or before like mine I hope this helps.

The app to view my policy is straightforward. However transitioning from Metromile's app, it is very disappointing. The features that I enjoyed like reviewing routes and viewing parking location are greatly missed. Given the acquisition took place 2 years ago, the lack of merging capabilities that made the Metromile app great was disappointing.
