Ratings and reviews

These are unparalleled Bluetooth headphones, when it comes to sound. However, the Bluetooth connectivity and app is lagging. It frequently tells me that my (right) Bluetooth is disconnected, my wife's (left) Bluetooth. So, I have to unpair it, then pair it up again, but nxt time I use it, same process. It's aggravating more than anything.

I have several issues with the LG tone free app. It used to be amazing!! I emailed this feedback. 1) it crashes regularly - my phone used to say to close it since it was such a problem 2) my earbuds randomly disconnect even when I'm 2 inches from my phone and they are fully charged. 3) i had to turn off auto read if text messages because it reads them over and over again... even if i mark them unread. Im going to Uninstall again and reinstall if that doesn't fix it... I'll move on.

Overall the app is useful and does its job and has quite a lot of useful features that make the already useful tone earbuds even more useful. I think it is missing a few features however. It would be cool to see different themes, or at the very least, dark mode. Having the ability to change the location of the option blocks would be neat but weirdly, the tend to do it themselves, randomly especially with the intelligent sorting option. It's now stuck at the top of all the other blocks now.
