Review 2024: Update: Customer support replied within "literally" seconds. They handled my issue swiftly and effectively. Keep it up! Review 2022: No customer support. My order took 1 hour to arrive and the Godzilla line closed for the full hour. When it arrived with the wrong receipt, the store had to call and explain what happened. Not good.

The search engine is terrible, I look for abido, I get puidor ketchup, sauce, and other irrelevant products. I search for protein powder, I get everything that's powder and everything that's protein. Plus it doesn't remember previously searched words. Only perk of this app is its offers.

App is buggy and keeps crashing. Interface isn't user-friendly, and they're not even professional. When the mistake in my order is from you or the restaurant's end, it's your job to fix it without having the customer compromise on anything. I've ordered through Gozilla only a few times, and there was something wrong with my order every time.
