I was hoping with the new update a few things would be made simpler or be added but this isn't the case: - No dark mode: The white background sucks in the dark, illuminating when one needs privacy - the log in period (from opening to signing to opening) hasn't changed. I'll be waiting for the next update to see if these changes are enacted. Until then, 3 stars

I thought Loop was the way to go but I regret ever having that thought. Very disappointed with Loop's service. I deposited money into my Loop account via M-Pesa the transaction was successful, but the funds never reflected in my bank account. It's been over 24 hours, and despite assurances that the issue would be resolved within that time, nothing has been done. This delay is unacceptable, especially when dealing with customers' money. Poor communication and unreliable service

The recent December update is the worst I have seen of Loop, it's so slow and lagging and even after logging in it automatically logs you out. Sometimes it completely refuses to open up despite inputting the correct password.
