The app is good but when it comes to virtual card payments it's hell it's not able to pay like EQUITY master card which i was using and opted to return back to it after this failed me 2 to block card inside it it's also hell not like equity where i used to just click and it's blocked immediately this showing error i wait they trying to block so you can lose your money easily if you suspect suspicious transactions they asking you write resons but not blocking so it failed the security test for me

I LOVED the previous Loop app. Super fast, user friendly & so easy to navigate. The new update has killed all that for me. I stood in line to pay, waited for the app to load the 'sign in' option. Another minute to get to the interface. I tried to check the balance in order to make the payment, it loaded again for another 2 mins & gave me a "no internet connection error". Loads everything slow & you'd be lucky to pay or check balance. You killed a good app NCBA! Fire that designer as well!

Unable to login at all, reset password journey is very slow considering the 1 minute code expiry. I really loved how the old app looked, UI and all. Also the errors on the app are not descriptive unless you're familiar with java/android which I guess most users aren't. I'm open to be a beta tester in future releases to help catch some of these issues before going live.
