Guys, Being one of the top sellers in most of the regions, Is this (APP) what represents your eworld ? Pathetic, This app sucks. First of all, Catergories doesnt show anything,however developers have added plenty enough categories. Whatever you choose, it says sorry no items. Secondly, Search is the worst. I searched for something and results are of something of entirely different item 🤣. Lol. Last to conclude, very little selection of items. Prefer to use Snoonu or Talabat, for better results.

The app has become terrible after the new update. The search functionality is very poor. Even the item that is available in stock does not appear in searches. It is difficult to always keep going to each category of product , and scroll down to select the required item. Online shopping is supposed to make the process easier rather than cumbersome. Also, most of the items are shown as out of stock.

1. Worst grocery app. Everytime I open this app, it has to be updated. 2. Very poor customer service. Delivery men are rude. They will come whenever they want, mostly late, as if they do not care whether you're waiting or what. I have experienced several times accepting my goods past the scheduled hour. Also, there were instances that some of the items are missing or noted as 'out of stock', and the refunding process was so difficult to deal with, for which their responses were always late.
