Don't subscribe to anything extra until they work on it more. it has potential but camer lags badly even with good internet, the ai is such a lazy version of I describing a still of the screen constantly with not a lot of ways to customize or leave specified feedback per event. it's not worth the additional investment. I had high hopes but ultimately I'll have to buy more cameras from another company.

It's good but the playback doesn't work. it's always loading and I can't watch any replays from previous days. it also records every, single, movement and it's kind of annoying tbh. I hope they fix the playback and recording system of the device. I also hope that it doesn't log out a lot. It logs my phone out every 2 days and it's frustrating. I hope they fix this.

It is the worst APP I have ever used; Even if you inserted your own memory cards, you may still use their software to record surveillance for up to five seconds. If you want to record for longer than that, you will need to pay for their subscription. Icsee (app) is far superior because it offers free continued recording and full recording of the tape without requiring a subscription.
