Old app expires in a few days.. The new one doesn't work most of the time. I can't even add in my account, I keep getting a network error. Occasionally it does go to the next page, but by the time I get my card details out, it errors again. Why change something that wasn't broken? If you don't fix it you're going to lose customers to a bank whose app does work... I've already setup an account with another bank just in case you don't fix it. Your IT boss should be fired for being incompetent!

terrible ui... compared to the previous version, now you can't see the details of your transaction at a glance because they are stupid enough to make transaction details only ten characters long while the reference number is longer than that. So to find one transaction, i have to go through every single transaction, opening them one by one and then go back again. So inefficient...

Poor app. screen remains blank for most of the day today and past days /months.had to re install , passed verification and issue persist this evening. It works intermittently. worked five minutes ago and I logged out- now it does not work again . It is a daily struggle. why pass verification every time you install and uninstall. Other banks do not work this way. you download you login and it works. please provide a quick fix I see many people encountering same
