After reading other reviews it seems everyone is complaining about the same problem. The four digit PIN not working and having to re-enter username and password. I would think if this many people complained about it the bank would look into changing it. If IT/ App security installed they can uninstall or change it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to have to do it every time you want to get into the app. What is the point in even having the PIN system if it doesn't work properly?? 😡

New version will not let me log in. Keeps saying I have invalid credentials even though I have changed the password successfully.

the app never loads, it's just and endless loading screen. haven't been able to access my account for a week now.
