Every time I try to use the live preview feature, it says 'connection failed, device not connected.' The only way I can get it to work is by completely uninstalling the app, reinstalling it, and then reconnecting my device. However, as soon as I close the app and open it again, the same connection error returns. This issue makes the app unreliable and difficult to use.

This updated version of the app is not at all working properly... It is not at all user friendly, keeps on showing " connection failed"even when it's connected to hi speed net.... Cannot check or playback,as it is always stuck at some previous date when I had opened the app ....no use to delete and to reinstall as same issue prevails.

We need a major update. Live videos are playing smoothly, but playback videos are not running smoothly. Playback videos are showing only images instead of continuous video. Also, the filter option cannot be selected for two or more filters at once. When a filter is applied, the playback starts from the beginning of the day. Please refer to the Hikvision application for reference.Sometimes the app force closes and does not play videos. Before the app force closes, it shows that the NVR is offline
