Not that bad and new update on app with new design looks really good. The app works well gives good amount of information about trips we had on 407 and paying for bills is easy cause they also allowed to pay with Google Pay but please add option to also use other cards cause sometimes I wanna use my other cards but don't want to put them on Google Pay.

Since the latest updates, the app is completely useless. App says I have not taken "No Trips Yet", somehow I get a bill every month for the three transponders on the account. In fact, I've taken 3 round trips this week on 407. Now website, app, and Cust Svc are useless when it comes to trip and billing info because none of them show billing or trip info until after 30-45 days.

Good but stops giving notifications on trip tolls if you don't regularly login to the app. Also hard to share with a partner sharing 2 cars one account because 2FA is limited to one contact only. Has to setup email forwarding so that both of us can receive 2FA codes.
