Totally unreliable!!! They might cancel your bookings in last second!! This happened to me, when I received a notification to reschedule my booking, since they could not assign a professional in due time!! I had to reschedule my booking. Since I had to reschedule it or I will lose my money, I did reschedule it for 12 PM the following day .. 15 minutes before the new appointment, I was just checking the application, and I found out that they had rescheduled my appointment 1 hour later, ONCE AGAIN

I had a horrible experience with Just Life. I removed my card from the payment method and used another card to pay for cleaning, but they still charged money from the card I had already deleted. Because of this mistake, I had to pay a fine at the bank. When I contacted customer support, they only sent me an email saying they would get back to me within 24 hours. It has now been more than 2 days and still no response at all. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.

the worse app, the worse service i ever had in uae it's like it's designed to drive you crazy I had an appointment at 1 pm, no one showed up, called, or even texted The professional number out of service The message in the professional page doesn't work And i can't get help from anywhere inside the app and they stopped supporting customer service via email, so you are on your own This the most terrible and unpleasant experience i ever had!!
