This app is not recommendable and not user friendly. I sent 300 riyals on my account, and when trying to subscribe to a package it says I don't have a balance. And when I call customer service, they say they didn't show in my account that I received the 300 riyals when in fact the Mobily Pay confirms that it's successful. Plus, the Customer Service Representative is very rude. No emphatic emotion and not willing to help. It's still not refunded. I swear I will never use this service anymore.

this is my very 1st review of any app on the Play Store. the customer support of the mobily app is extremely poor. the registered my complaint on 8th Aug till yet 14th August, the problems weren't resolved. although I received a msg that my case was successfully closed. bravo job! p.s. I reached them at least 3 times during the period. I reached them via WhatsApp as well. I reached them via Twitter as well. and stillllllllllll they failed!!!!!

I transferred from another network to mobily postpaid. to subscribe to their unlimited gaming offer. but it was a huge regrets. their unlimited gaming offer is not an unlimited gaming experience. it is unlimited frustrations, I would say. never ever worked. I also reached their customer service to raise a complaint ticket on Aug 2, but its just " An agent will call you back on" Then they will send you a notice that you need to pay 82 sar on the service you never enjoyed all.
