Major issue where if you purchase via credit or debit card and you are on a slow data connection, the app will charge you for the ticket, but you will never receive the actual bus pass due to the app timing out. 1st time the issue was fixed, 2nd time I got no response to my email about the issue. I don't understand how if my data connection is good enough to stream music, it's not good enough to receive an Authentication handshake confirming a successful payment @ .25mb at the most. Disappointed

After months of using the app it's completely become unusable on my phone it doesn't load anything I just get a white screen. I've tried clearing both the data and the cache folders, Checked for updates, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I rely on the busses to get home from work and have been having to waste more money using Lyft and Uber to get home.

I've been unable to open my app for the last 9 hours. Keep getting the same error of 'Aaaah! Something went wrong!' and it force-closes. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same problem. Very frustrating to have money locked up on an app that doesn't work.
